Questions from business owners
Is a claimed listing ordered higher?
No. Claimed and unclaimed listings get the same best-match score. A complete profile helps because completeness is one part of the score, and you can complete it for free.
Which details can I edit after claiming?
Hours, services, service areas, photos and contact details. Ratings and record checks come from public sources and stay as they are.
How do I add my insurance certificate?
Send it after you claim. It appears on your profile as a document from the business, with the date we checked it.
